Q1. I have lactose intolerance, can I take STOLLE products and if so, how?

There are number of types of STOLLE proudcts you can choose to avoid lactose intolerance. However, to limit your symptoms, it is recommended that you do one or all of the following:
1. Take lower doses of STOLLE and possibly more frequently during the day.
2. Take live probiotic cultures with STOLLE since these cultures sometimes helps with lactose intolerance.
3. Take lactase with STOLLE to supplement your GI with the ability to digest lactose.
Q2. How long will it be before I notice positive results?

While each person and each condition are different, most people notice positive effects in 3 to 4 weeks.
Q3. Why do I have to take STOLLE every day?

Maternal transfer of immunity is something that nature intended to happen continuously and over time. To obtain the maximum benefits of STOLLE, we recommend you take STOLLE once or twice every day.
Q4. Can STOLLE products be given to children?

Q6. What precautions should be taken when using STOLLE Milk Powder?

● Water temperature for reconstitution should not be higher than 50°C.

● Do not reconstitute with acidic drinks such as fruit juice.

● Can be used as a stand-alone drink, but also can be mixed with other beverage formulas. However, be sure to reduce the amount of formula used by the same amount of STOLLE Milk added.

● STOLLE Milk Powder should never be used in place of prescription drugs.
Q7. Can pregnant or lactating mothers drink STOLLE Milk Powder?

STOLLE milk powder is a 100% natural and safe dairy product containing no harmful ingredients and will have no adverse effects on mothers or babies. During pregnancy and lactation, consuming STOLLE Milk Powder can add beneficial protein, calcium, and also help to enhance the mother's immune resistance, thereby reducing the chances of illness resulting in a healthy mother and a healthy, happy baby!
Q8. Who should avoid consuming STOLLE Milk Powder?

（1）Congenital lactose intolerance
Individuals with congenital lack of Intestinal lactase should avoid STOLLE Milk and all other milks since the lack of lactase can cause diarrhea and other intestinal symptoms after consumption. Older individuals and those who have not consumed dairy regularly may experience temporary bloating and diarrhea after consuming milk. This is known as late-onset lactose intolerance. In such cases, it is recommended to start with a small dose and gradually increase the dose which should minimize or eliminate symptoms of intestinal discomfort.

（2）Severe renal failure
Those with kidney problems can also drink STOLLE Milk Powder to enhance bodily function. However, in cases of severe renal failure, the amount of ingested protein must be in balanced with actual renal function. Only consume under the guidance of a physician.

（3）Severe liver damage
Since severe liver damage alters the way in which proteins are processed and metabolized, waste products may build up and affect other parts of the body. In such cases, protein intake may need to be limited. Only consume under the guidance of a physician.

（4）Allergy to milk
Allergies to certain foods including milk can result in serious health complications. Individuals with known allergies to milk proteins should not consume STOLLE Milk or any other products containing dairy.
Q9. Can you disregard your original physician's prescription when drinking STOLLE Milk Powder?

STOLLE Milk Powder is a functional, nutritious food that helps improve immunity, increases resistance to infection, but is not areplacement for drugs. If you are taking certain medications, please consult with your physician. Do not stop using your prescription medications.
Q10. Can I drink STOLLE Milk Powder when I take prescription medicines?

When taking prescription or over-the-counter medications, please consult with your physician regarding the medicine's compatibility with milk consumption. In most cases it is advisable to take the medication and consume STOLLE Milk Powder at least 2 hours apart.
